Watch out world there is another talent in the McCartney family.
Sir Paul McCartney and his wife Nancy Shevell flew out to New York to attend the U.S premiere of son in-law Simon Aboud's directorial debut, Comes A Bright Day, on Tuesday night.
Simon is married to Sir Paul's 43-year-old daughter Mary.

With a relatively unknown cast, the low-budget flick, Comes A Bright Day is getting a lot of attention both because of its director's famous relative and from critics.
Sandwiched between his stunning 52-year-old wife and his photographer daughter outside the Bryant Park Hotel, the Beatles star looked proud as punch to support his advertising exec turned filmmaker son in-law.
In a striking figure-hugging black dress and large silver clutch, the musician's rarely seen oldest biological daughter - whom he had with Linda Eastman - almost stole the show.

Paul's presence shows particular dedication, as the 70-year-old flew in the same week it was revealed he and his wife could have been killed in a helicopter crash, earlier this year. The May incident, where they were just two feet away from disaster when the pilot of their helicopter became ‘disorientated’ in bad weather and plunged towards trees, is currently being investigated by the British Department of Transport.
The Beatle also turned out to the UK premiere of Simon's thriller.
Paul flew out to New York for the premiere despite what could have been fatal mid-air accident earlier this year

The film, which made its worldwide debut at the Berlin Film Festival in February, centres on a jewellery heist that goes terribly wrong.
Simon directed and wrote the film, which stars Submarine actor Craig Roberts, Timothy Spall and Imogen Poots.
The coming-of-age love story meets thriller will be released in the US this month.
